Lumenis RSA6570000 Multi-Spot Nd:YAG handpiece, S/N 85, Rev B, sold for parts with a cracked shell. The crack runs across the white nose of the handle, from the seam up past the LASER APERTURE label. Cable, connector and a brass-collared lightguide are all present.
How bad is the crack?
It is a through-crack in the plastic shell about where the nose meets the body, shown close up in the photos. The rest of the shell, the orange buttons and the Multi-Spot Nd:YAG print look intact. We have not opened it.
Which unit is this?
The connector plate reads P/N RSA6570000, REV. B, S/N 85, Series - 004, manufactured NOV 14, LB-1071180. A shell or connector donor for another Rev B multi spot nd yag head is the obvious use.
What is it from?
The Lumenis M22. Its Multi-Spot Nd:YAG module is a 1064 nm laser with changeable lightguides, 2-20 ms pulses and contact cooling, listed by Lumenis for leg veins and vascular lesions.

Questions about this part
Does the crack go through the shell?
Yes, it opens at the seam near the nose. See the close-up photo.
Is the lightguide included?
Yes, the brass-collared lightguide is still in the aperture.
Is it the full handpiece with cable?
Yes: handle, gray-sleeved cable and the silver M22 connector in one piece.
Which M22 module is it?
Multi-Spot Nd:YAG, not the Q-Switched Nd:YAG. The handle print says Multi-Spot Nd:YAG.
Can I use the connector on another head?
We cannot confirm that. The plate gives P/N RSA6570000, Rev B, so match those numbers.
