Orders
Are the photos of the actual item?
Yes. Every listing shows the unit you will receive — including labels, serial plates and any cosmetic marks.
Why is the quantity limited to 1?
Most of our parts are single units from surplus or decommissioned equipment. When we have more, the product page shows how many.
Can I get a formal quote or pro-forma invoice?
Yes. Contact us with the part numbers and quantities and we'll send one.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
From Israel, with DHL, FedEx or Israel Post. All shipments are tracked.
Who pays import duties?
The buyer, on delivery. Duties and taxes depend on your country.
Payment
How can I pay?
Through PayPal — with a PayPal account, Pay Later where available, or a debit or credit card via PayPal.
Do you offer net terms?
Not in the online store yet. Contact us for larger orders.
Returns
What if the part is not as described?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a return and refund.
Sourcing
Is there a fee to request a part?
No. Sourcing requests are free and there is no obligation to buy.
How fast do you reply?
Within 1 business day, Sunday–Thursday.
