This is a Lumenis printed circuit board assembly, ASSY 0640-624-01 Rev A, built on bare board FAB 0640-623-01 Rev A. It is a narrow board with three green screw terminal blocks, a neon lamp marked LAMP START, a Dale RS-10 50 kΩ 10 W wirewound resistor and a green/yellow ground lead with ring terminal. The serial sticker reads S0172506.
How are the terminals labelled?
The silkscreen names each terminal: SPARE2, IGBT2, CATHODE2 on the first block; SPARE1, IGBT1, CATHODE1 on the second; ANODE2, B+, ANODE1 on the third. A separate screw terminal is marked TB4.
What parts are on the board?
R1 is a Dale RS-10 wirewound resistor, 50 kΩ, 5%, 10 W. NE1 is a neon indicator lamp beside the LAMP START marking. There are two large orange disc parts, smaller capacitors C1 and C2, and resistor R2.
