The Air Products Gasguard AP10 System I/O board AP14295 is the main input/output board of the Gasguard AP10 controller used on gas cabinets and gas distribution systems. This assembly is the "PC/104 Stack B" build, as printed on the board, and comes mounted on its metal plate with an Arcom AIM104-ANALOG I/O PC/104 module and a smaller add-on interface board fitted. It is also searched as AP-14295, AP10 System I/O or Gasguard AP10 I/O PCB.
Which system uses the AP14295 board?
The board is silk-screened "GASGUARD AP10 SYSTEM" and "AP10 SYSTEM I/O". The Gasguard AP10 is the controller of Air Products' (later Versum Materials) gas cabinet and distribution systems; its manual lists a System I/O PCB among the controller's spare parts, alongside an Arcom AIM104-ANALOG-I/O (J693) analog-to-digital board.
What is fitted on this assembly?
The photos show an Arcom AIM104-ANALOG I/O module (marked J693 V1 I1, 2004) stacked on the PC/104 header, an add-on board with blue ribbon headers and relays, green pluggable screw-terminal blocks, two 9-pin D-sub connectors, RJ-style jacks, a USB-A socket and ribbon-cable headers. Board legends include Solenoid Power, Light Tower, Hardwire Bypass, Door I/O and Supervisor.
How is this different from the version with the Omron PLC?
This item is the System I/O assembly with the Arcom analog module and add-on board only. A separate version of the same AP14295 Stack B board is offered with an Omron CPM2C PLC and CPM2C-32EDTC I/O unit attached.
What condition is it in?
