This is an Air Products Gasguard AP10 System I/O board, AP14295 PC/104 Stack B, supplied as an assembly with an Omron CPM2C programmable controller and an Omron CPM2C-32EDTC expansion I/O unit cabled to it. The System I/O board is the main input/output board of the Gasguard AP10 gas cabinet controller. On this assembly it carries an Arcom AIM104-ANALOG I/O PC/104 module and a relay add-on board, and sits on its metal mounting plate. Also searched as AP-14295 or AP10 System I/O with CPM2C.
What Omron units are included?
The two Omron modules are a CPM2C CPU unit and a CPM2C-32EDTC I/O unit. The 32EDTC label gives inputs of 24 VDC, 5 mA and outputs of 24 VDC, 0.3 A max per point (8 points) and 0.1 A max per point (8 points), 3.2 A max per common, with 1 W power consumption. In Omron's catalog the CPM2C-32EDTC is the 16-input (24 VDC) / 16 sinking-transistor-output expansion unit with two Fujitsu connectors. A label on the CPU side reads "AP10_ARS_CABVMB REV.2". The exact CPM2C CPU model is not visible in the photos.
How is this different from the version without the PLC?
The AP14295 Stack B board is also offered without an Omron PLC. This item adds the CPM2C and CPM2C-32EDTC with their I/O cables connected to the board.
What condition is it in?
