This is a TEL Tokyo Electron AC Power Box, a 200 V three-phase power module whose front breaker is marked "CB6 HEATER4 AC200V 3Ph 50A" - it switches and protects a heater supply circuit. The box holds a Mitsubishi NF50-SMU 3-pole 50 A molded case circuit breaker, a TDK-Lambda RTEN-5050 three-phase EMC filter, and two heavy-duty rectangular power connectors, CN1 and CN2, both marked AC200V 3Ph 50Hz/60Hz.
What is on the front panel?
A hinged cover with a "PULL" tab opens to the CB6 breaker (Mitsubishi NF50-SMU, 50 A, 3P, IEC/GB 400 VAC, UL/CSA 240 VAC on its label), a lockout bar across the breaker handle, and the LP1 indicator lamp below it. The side warning label says to lock out the AC POWER BOX breaker and make sure LP1 is off before connecting or disconnecting the CN1 cable.
What is inside the box?
The photo of the open box shows the CB6 breaker, the TDK-Lambda RTEN-5050 EMC filter (marked NF), heavy black and green/yellow earth cables from the CN1 and CN2 connectors, and a smaller wiring harness. Two fuses on the side panel are labeled F1: 250V 1A and F2: 250V 1A.
What is the TDK-Lambda RTEN-5050?
The RTEN-5050 is a single-stage three-phase (delta) EMC line filter rated 50 A and 500 V, chassis mounted with terminal block connections. It reduces conducted electrical noise on the three-phase line feeding the heater circuit.
What is in the photos?
The box from the front with its cover closed, the side panel with the hazard and fuse labels, the CN1 and CN2 connectors, the open front panel with the CB6 breaker, the inside of the box, and the EMC filter label. Condition: used.
