This is a used TREK high voltage control assembly: a metal enclosure holding two TREK 40859 Rev C circuit boards (ASSY 43690), with two blue output cables, warning-labelled for 1.4 kV. TREK is the high voltage amplifier and power supply brand now part of Advanced Energy.

- A vented steel enclosure on a mounting plate, with English and Japanese warning labels: Hazardous Voltage (1.4kV), label P/N 564-2894 and 564-2895
- Two inputs marked IN1 (yellow) and IN2 (red), each with a screw-locked multi-pin connector, and two small connectors marked EV1 and EV2
- Two blue cables leaving the enclosure, each ending in a translucent terminal block with a high voltage symbol and metal mounting tabs
- Inside: two identical boards, each silkscreened TREK 40859 REV. C, with the ASSY number hand-written in the ASSY field

Parts visible on the boards include Linear Technology LT1055 op-amps, an OPI1264B, transformers marked L2090R / L2091R (AM-19368, AM-19369) and an L1001R 5800-NL Rev C transformer.
