TDK-Lambda Alpha 1000W H11731, a CA1000 modular power supply set up with five output modules. Used, pulled from a Lumenis system. Every marking on the case is TDK-Lambda's; Lumenis is the equipment it served. Label dated 22-JUL-14, made in the UK.
What outputs does the H11731 give?
From the label, left to right: two N modules at 24 V / 5 A, a J module at 48 V / 8 A, a C module at 12 V / 16 A and a K module at 22 V / 15 A. The configuration code reads CA1000LL 22K_IN 12C_IN 48J_IN 24N_IN 24N_IN. Each module has a trim pot and a small connector at the output end.
Is the TDK-Lambda Alpha 1000 a medical power supply?
The Alpha 1000 series carries IEC/EN 60601-1 medical approvals according to TDK-Lambda. This label lists a nominal input of 94.5-240 VAC for IEC/EN 60601-1 use.

Seven. On this unit the J and K modules take two slots each and the N and C modules one, so all seven are filled.
Can the output voltages be adjusted?
Each module has a blue trim pot, so the voltage can be trimmed within that module's range. The label values are the factory settings.
How is it cooled?
Two fans behind wire guards at the input end, next to the AC terminal block.
Does the H11731 come with cables?
No. The unit is bare, as shown, with no harness on the output studs.
