The body is engraved "MAX INLET 4000 PSIG", and the label carries Parker part number 45800946-4 and "Made in USA". Decoded with Parker's IR4000 ordering code, this unit has a 0.02 Cv flow capacity, a PCTFE seat, four 1/4 in NPT female ports and no gauges. It is also searched as IR4003-S1K4PXX4BP or 45800946.
