This is a used motorized multi-axis stage assembly, listed as a Jordan Valley (Bruker) XYZ + tilt stage from a semiconductor process tool, with a round top plate carried on stacked linear axes and a tilt cradle. Jordan Valley Semiconductors, an Israeli maker of in-line X-ray metrology tools, became part of Bruker in 2015. This type of part is also called a motorized XYZ stage or multi-axis positioning stage.

Below it are stacked linear axes driven by ball screws through flexible shaft couplings, linear guide rails, a tilt cradle between two upright side plates with curved guides, several motors with gearheads or encoders, black cable carriers (drag chains), and many cables ending in D-sub connectors. Two BNC-type connectors exit a black box on the side of the top assembly. The stage sits on two dark base plates.
