What does a capacitor charging power supply do?
It charges an energy storage capacitor bank to a set voltage, which the system then dumps into a flashlamp or other pulsed load. Excelitas aims these units at medical laser systems in surgery, dermatology and dentistry. "XLS" in Excelitas's naming means a modular supply without simmer and trigger outputs.
What connections are on the unit?
