What does a wafer lift bellows do?

In a vacuum process chamber, the wafer lift moves the lift pins up and down so the robot can place and pick up the wafer. A metal vacuum bellows surrounds the moving part of the lift: it stretches and compresses with the stroke while keeping the chamber sealed from the outside air.

What do the labels say?

Supplier label: P/N 0040-21402, BELLOWS, 300MM WAFER LIFT, Rev 006, S/N KSM-2918-1244, Qty 1 EA, vendor 9000006482, origin KR, made in Korea, dated 2018. A second Applied Materials kit label on the outer bag reads 417219R03, SEMNSO-P4-PRPJ, Chamber, item 169, PA1000391948, 0040-21402, Qty 1. The supplier certificate of compliance photographed with the part lists 0040-21402, revision 006, lot KSM-2918-1244.

What condition is it in?

New. It is still foil wrapped and sealed in the original bag, so the bellows itself is not visible in the photos.
