Who is WZW Optic AG?
WZW Optic AG is a precision optics maker in Balgach, Switzerland. It makes optical windows and polished substrates.
What is a BK7 optical window?
BK7 (N-BK7) is a common optical glass for the visible range. One optics supplier gives its transmission range as 350 nm to 2.5 µm. A window is a flat, parallel piece of glass that protects optics or seals an opening while letting light through, without focusing it.
What size is it?
The label reads 14X1.5. In optics labels this usually means 14 mm diameter and 1.5 mm thickness, but that is not confirmed. Ask us before ordering if the exact size matters.
