This board is an Amptek DP5 digital pulse processor and multichannel analyzer (MCA), labelled DP5-901 Rev D4-H, taken from a Jordan Valley Semiconductors (now Bruker) X-ray assembly. The DP5 digitizes the output of an X-ray or nuclear detector preamplifier and replaces both the shaping amplifier and the MCA. The markings "WS888 94V-0" and "E301869" printed on the board are the circuit-board maker's UL flammability and file markings, not the part number. Buyers also search it as DP5-901 or DP5 MCA.
