The Heidrive HMD06-010-320-30-00R1PH170 is a HeiMotion Dynamic synchronous servo motor with a 60 mm frame, rated 0.72 Nm at 3000 rpm. The nameplate gives a standstill torque of 0.8 Nm at 3.2 A, a rated current of 2.9 A and a DC link voltage of 325 V, with insulation class 155 (F). Heidrive GmbH makes the HeiMotion range in Germany. The model is also searched as HMD06-010 or HMD06010.
What does the model code mean?
In Heidrive's HeiMotion Dynamic order code, HMD06 is the 60 mm frame size, 320 the 320 V DC bus class, 30 the 3,000 rpm rated speed, the two zeros mean no holding brake and no feather key, and R1P is the standard resolver. The 3000 rpm and 325 V on this unit's nameplate agree with that code.
What does the motor look like?
The photos show a black square-flange motor with two round connectors on an angled housing at the rear: one with a green insert and one with an orange insert. A metal segment-shaped part is fitted on the shaft at the flange end. The nameplate carries cURus (file E341694) and CE marks.
