Lumenis 0640-290-01 Rev B, the earlier revision of the AC control board, sold for parts. The silkscreen reads ASSY: 0640-290-01, REV. B, ME294V01704, on bare PCB FAB 0640-289-01 REV. B. Stickers next to it read Z-721 07-05 and FT-721 07-05. Also searched as SP0640-290-01-B and 0640-290-01-B.
How is rev B different from rev C?
Visibly, the small AC-DC supply. This board carries a Condor CSM7-24 module where the rev C boards we photographed carry a different Condor sub-board. The relays, fuse layout and terminal names (AC IN, 105VA, HVPS MAIN and AUX, WAT PMP, LLDC, HAND PIECE XFMR, SPARE, ACHISO) are the same.
Is anything missing?
Two fuse clips are empty: F1 at the ACHISO terminal and F6 in the output fuse row. The other glass fuses and the two Buss fuses at F8 and F9 are in place. The plug-in daughter board (stickers FT-726 11-04, Z-727 48-04, SB4A-S056) is fitted.
