The silkscreen reads LUMENIS, PCB ASSY, SYSTEM CONTROL / CPU BOARD, PA-1051670 REV, with the revision left blank; the sticker next to it reads PA-1051670 P. The board ID by the battery is LUM-2CPUX8. Also searched as PA1051670 and PA 1051670 P.

Which connectors are on the front edge?

From left to right: INTERLOCK (J8, a jack), ETHERNET (J6, RJ45), REMOTE (J9, a 15-pin D-sub), EYE SAFETY FILTER (J12) and FOOT SWITCH (J10) as round multi-pin push-pull sockets, SLIT LAMP (J20, coaxial) and two USB ports (J7 type A, J11 type B). Inside the board are headers for the LCD SCREEN (J18), LASER DELIVERY MODULE (J4), LASER DELIVERY INTERFACE (J15), SPEAKER (J16), JTAG and CONFIG. The slit lamp and eye safety filter ports point to an ophthalmic laser, though the board does not name the system.

Does it come with software?

There is a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Core label on the module. Whether the Lumenis application is still in the flash has not been checked.

Does the revision letter matter?

It can. PA-1051670 boards carry different revision letters on the sticker; this one is P. Match the letter your system calls for.

What is the Colibri PXA320?

A Toradex computer-on-module built on the Marvell PXA320 processor at 806 MHz; it plugs into a SODIMM-style socket.

Which Lumenis laser uses this board?
