Lumenis EA4341000-B, Switching Board II, sold on its base plate together with the simmer and driver boards. Used. The top board sits on four black standoffs over an aluminum plate that also carries a transformer, a large air-wound coil and the Simmer Board Fast. The Driver & Snubber board is shown lifted off. Also searched as EA4341000B and EA 4341000-B.
What is on each board label?
Top board: SWITCHING BOARD II, EA4341000-B, printed PCB PC4221011 REV A, board date code 50/02. Simmer board: SIMMER BOARD FAST, EA4118000-B, PCB PC4118011 REV. A, with a Sharp S202S02 solid-state relay and three glass fuses in clips. Driver board: DRIVER & SNUBER (spelled that way on the label), EA4222000-C, PCB PC4222010, printed "snubber for IPM", with two black block capacitors at C7 and C8, one stickered QC PASSED.
Is there a module part number on the plate?
None shows in these photos, so we list it by the three board numbers. The same board set also turns up as module SA4181000-A, but that number is not on this unit.
What does the snubber board do?
A snubber is a resistor-capacitor network across a power switch. It soaks up the voltage spike at turn-off so the switch is not stressed. On this board the snubber capacitors are the two black blocks; the power resistors sit at R7 to R10.

What does a simmer board laser supply do?
It keeps a small current through the flashlamp between pulses, so the lamp fires on each pulse without a fresh high-voltage trigger.
Why ESC and not Lumenis on the boards?
ESC Medical Systems renamed itself Lumenis in 2001. Boards made around then still carry the ESC logo.
Which system does it come from?
The labels do not name a system. Check EA4341000-B against your service parts list.
Is the driver board fixed to the plate?
In the photos it is shown loose, beside the assembly, with its underside and era transformer visible.
