Is the AMAT 0190-07033 still sealed?
The board sits in its ESD bag inside the foam-lined box, with the Applied Materials STOP sticker that says not to remove the packaging until part install. The box was opened for the photos. The blue Applied Materials seal tape is on the box, and a sticker says a Certificate of Conformance is enclosed.
What is the AS00826-01 label on the box?
A second white label on the end of the box reads AS00826-01. It is not on the Applied Materials part label, so we list it as printed and make no claim about what it refers to.
