International transfers
We operate from Israel. The European Commission and the UK recognise Israel as providing an adequate level of data protection. Our website is hosted in the European Union (Germany).
Some providers, such as Google, Meta and PayPal, may process data in the United States or elsewhere. Where they do, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or on Standard Contractual Clauses. Shipping data necessarily travels to carriers in the countries a parcel passes through.
If you live in a country whose law requires your consent to send personal data abroad, we rely on the consent you give when you place an order or send a request. You can withdraw it, but we may then be unable to serve you.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as we need it, then delete or anonymise it.
- Orders and invoices
- 7 years — required by tax law
- Requests, messages and chat conversations that did not become an order
- 24 months
- Files you uploaded
- 24 months
- Account
- Until you delete it or ask us to
- Newsletter
- Until you unsubscribe
- Server and security logs
- Up to 90 days
- Website backups
- Up to 30 days
- Consent records
- As long as we need to show you gave consent
How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS only. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it, protected by passwords, and backed up.
If a security incident puts your data at risk, we will notify the relevant authority and, where the law requires it, you.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law (for example, invoices)
- Restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing
- Give you your data in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before
Write to [email protected]. It is free. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within 30 days.

Under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment 13), you have the right to review the information about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. We send marketing messages only with your prior consent, as the Communications Law requires. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Privacy Protection Authority.

Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you have the rights listed above. You may also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work, or to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Buyers in the United States
Depending on your state (for example California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, and to correct or delete it.
We collect identifiers (name, email, address, IP address), commercial information (orders), and internet activity (pages viewed), for the purposes above. With your consent, advertising cookies let Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google show you our ads on other sites. Some state laws call this "sharing" or "targeted advertising".
- We do not sell personal information for money
- You can opt out of advertising cookies at any time from "Cookie settings"
- We honour the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out
- We will not treat you differently for using your rights
- You may use an authorised agent to make a request

Buyers in Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, India, Thailand and elsewhere have the rights their local law gives them, including those listed above. Write to us and we will handle your request under the law that applies to you. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The store is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites, such as PayPal or our eBay feedback page, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
