Telecrane F21-4D, a wireless crane radio remote control set: handheld transmitter plus F21-4D RX receiver, new open box. The transmitter has UP, DOWN, EAST and WEST buttons, a red STOP knob and a green key switch. Box label: model F21-4D, channel 131, serial CA04 3B54, AC48V (50~60Hz). In the box: the receiver on its cable with a grey connector hood, the transmitter on its strap, and the F21 user's manual.
What does the D in F21-4D mean?
Two-step buttons. Press to the first detent for slow speed, all the way for fast speed, per the Telecrane F21 manual. The receiver label lists the second-speed outputs as UD 2S and EW 2S.
What voltage is the receiver set for?
48 VAC. The box sticker reads AC48V (50~60Hz), and 48 VAC is hand-written on the receiver cover in white paint next to a short Hebrew note. The manual gives 110 VAC as the standard receiver input, with 220 VAC, 12 V AC/DC and 24 VAC/DC as options, and rates the relay contacts at 10 A, 250 VAC.
Which wire does what?
The receiver label doubles as a wiring diagram: black POWER 1, brown POWER 2, orange COM (MAIN), red MAIN (COM), yellow UP, green DOWN, grey UD 2S, blue EAST, purple WEST, white EW 2S, pink RD/START. Someone also wrote a terminal number to wire colour list in Hebrew inside the box flap.
