Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

We sell to businesses and to consumers. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. Some parts of these terms apply only to business buyers, and say so.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if we suspect fraud, if the destination is under sanctions, or if the item is no longer available. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

The products

Most items are used or surplus industrial and laboratory parts. Each listing states the condition, using the labels explained in our condition guide. In most listings the photos show the actual item you will receive; where we use a stock photo, the listing says so. You are responsible for checking that a part is compatible with your equipment. If we answer a compatibility question, our answer is guidance, not a guarantee. Brand names and part numbers belong to their owners and are used only to identify the parts. We are not an authorised dealer of, or affiliated with, any manufacturer whose parts we sell. Parts for medical and aesthetic equipment are sold for professional use only. You are responsible for any registration, approval or certification your country requires. Installation must be done by a qualified professional.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Buyers in Israel pay Israeli VAT, which is added at checkout. Orders shipped outside Israel are sold without Israeli VAT; import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer, as explained in our shipping policy. If a price is clearly wrong — for example $10 instead of $1,000 — we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

Most items are single units that we also offer on other sales channels. If an item sells elsewhere before we confirm your order, we cancel it, refund you in full within 2 business days, and offer a similar item if we have one.

You can cancel an order free of charge until it has been shipped.

Payment and invoices

Payment is made through PayPal, with a PayPal account or with a card through PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

For large orders, bank transfer or payment terms are available only by written agreement with us. Every order receives an invoice by email.

A quote we send you stays valid until the item is sold.

Delivery

Delivery times, costs and customs are explained in our shipping policy. The risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered.

Returns, cancellation and warranty

Returns, your right to cancel and our warranty are explained in our returns and warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Consumers keep all the rights the law of their country gives them.

Export and sanctions

You agree not to export, re-export or transfer any item to a country, organisation or person under sanctions, or for a use the law prohibits. We may cancel any order we believe breaches this.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as war, emergencies, strikes, carrier disruptions or natural disasters.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Write to [email protected] about any order. We reply within one business day, Sunday to Thursday.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first and give us 14 days to resolve it before opening a dispute with PayPal or in court. This does not limit any right you have under PayPal's buyer protection or the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring a claim there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply only to orders placed after the update.
