AY00541-02, revision A: the limits interface board from a Bruker (formerly Jordan Valley) QCVelox-HR X-ray metrology tool. New, open box, in a pink anti-static bag. Board label P/N: AY00541-02.A, S/N: TY231301. The bare PCB number PC00541-00 is printed on the board, so it also turns up as PC00541-00 or AY0054102.
Which tool is the AY00541-02 board from?
The stock label on the bag reads AY00541-02, QCVelox-HR Limits Interface Board. QCVelox-HR is Bruker's automated HRXRD and XRR system for compound semiconductor epi wafers. The QC Velox line started at Jordan Valley Semiconductors, which Bruker bought in 2015, so you will see both names on these parts.
What is on the board?
One green PCB with header connectors along the edges (J8, J12 to J17 among them), a few large yellow film capacitors and a small group of diodes. Fab marks: JZ 0823, JZ-D E344347, UL 94V-0, CTI175. The back is bare apart from solder joints.
Is it really unused?
The board shows no solder rework or burn marks in the photos. The bag carries a stock label dated 12.09.2023 with serial 231301, matching the board's S/N TY231301. It has been out of the bag for the photos.
