The cleaning label lists both as the Applied Materials part number: 0020-02348 / 0021-40240. Part description on the label: Lower Clamp Ring. Kit description: CU, KIT, CSP, SIP, TI, C4. That puts it in a copper and Ti process kit for a SIP chamber.

Self-ionized plasma sputtering. Applied Materials uses SIP PVD chambers on the Endura platform for barrier and copper seed layers. The clamp ring holds the lower shield in place inside the chamber.
Has it been cleaned?
Yes. It sits in the cleaner's bag under a Pentagon Technologies parts-cleaning label dated 12/11/2014, cycle count 2, Qty in Bag 1. Pentagon cleans and reconditions semiconductor chamber parts. The label photo is not shown because it carries the previous owner's PO details.

Questions about this part
Is 0020-02348 the same part as 0021-40240?
Both numbers are printed together on the cleaning label for this one ring. The listing title gives both as well.
What does cycle count 2 mean?
It is the cleaner's count of cleaning cycles on this ring, printed on the Pentagon label as 2.
Which tool is it from?
The label names a 300mm SIP copper kit, which is an Applied Materials Endura PVD chamber kit. The exact chamber model is not printed.
How does self-ionized plasma sputtering work?
A dense magnetron plasma ionizes much of the sputtered metal, and those ions reach the bottom and sidewalls of features on the wafer. Applied Materials uses it for barrier and copper seed layers.
Is the bag sealed?
The ring is shown inside the cleaner's bag with the label on it. No photo shows it out of the bag.
