This is a TDK-Lambda Alpha 1000W modular AC-DC power supply, part number J10077A, configured with five outputs (24 V, 24 V, 48 V, 12 V and 22 V) and supplied as Lumenis assembly SA-10032570 with its wiring harness. The Alpha 1000 (CA1000) is a 1000 W multiple-output modular power supply: plug-in output modules in up to 7 slots set the voltages and currents of each build. This one is a used unit.
What outputs does the J10077A have?
The label reads code CA1000LSFLL 22K_IN 12C_IN 48J_IN 24N_IN 24N_IN and lists the output modules: N module 24 V 5 A, N module 24 V 5 A, J module 48 V 10 A, C module 12 V 16 A and K module 22 V 15 A. In the TDK-Lambda Alpha 1000 module table, N is 18-29 V adjust at 5 A (1 slot), J is 30-48 V at 10 A (2 slots), C is 5-16 V at 16 A (1 slot) and K is 18-29 V at 15 A (2 slots), so the build fills all 7 slots. Total output power must stay within 1000 W.
What input does the Alpha 1000W need?
The label gives a nominal input of 94.5-240 VAC, a maximum input range of 85-264 VAC, 47-63 Hz, 16 A maximum input current, and fuse F20AH/250V. TDK-Lambda rates the CA1000 at 1000 W from 100 VAC and 800 W at 85 VAC (50 °C maximum). It is cooled by two internal fans, intake on the input end and exhaust on the output end.
What is the Lumenis part number?
A Lumenis label in the photos reads MUST PS UNIT ASY, SA-10032570. The power supply comes with a cable harness whose tags include To Controller J8, VACUUM PUMP and CHILLER, plus a Rev B cable tagged 1531ATA81009R.
What do the other labels say?
Serial number 5152520066, date 14-SEP-15, made in the UK, with cULus and CE marks. The label also refers to IEC/EN60601-1 for nominal input 94.5-240 VAC. Condition: used.
